Terms of use
What we agree on.
Up to date on 24 September 2026
- I
Purpose
These terms govern the use of club.trinityx.ch, of its members’ area and of the services attached to it. Using them is accepting them.
- II
Access
The public site is open to everyone. The members’ area is for members of the club, on application. The committee decides freely who is admitted: an application gives no right of entry, and a refusal need not be explained.
- III
Account
Each account is personal and is not lent. The member answers for their password and for what is done from their account; committee accounts require two-factor sign-in. Any suspicious use must be reported at once.
- IV
Conduct
The club rests on discretion and respect. Other members’ details do not leave the club, soliciting has no place here, and one speaks as one would on the road.
- V
Members’ content
What a member publishes stays theirs. They grant the club the right to show it in the members’ area and, if they choose so, on the public pages of the site — nothing more. Licence plates are hidden before sending, on the member’s own device. Any content is removed at its author’s request.
- VI
Outings
Outings are meetings between enthusiasts, never competitions. Everyone drives under their own responsibility, with a valid licence, proper insurance and a road-legal vehicle, and follows the rules of the country they are riding through. The club does not supervise how its members drive and does not answer for accidents, fines or damage during an outing.
- VII
Dues
Membership may be subject to yearly dues, whose amount and date are shown in the members’ area. Unpaid dues may suspend access to outings and services; they are not refunded pro rata if a member leaves during the season.
- VIII
Suspension and exclusion
The committee may suspend or exclude a member who breaks these terms or the club’s code, or whose behaviour endangers others. The decision is given in writing; the member’s data is handled as set out on the Privacy page.
- IX
Changes
These terms may change: the version in force is the one published here, and any notable change is announced to the members.

Applicable law
Swiss law. Before anything else, a disagreement is settled in writing at [email protected].
