Publisher
TrinityX Motor Club is a private club of car and motorcycle enthusiasts. It has, to this day, no legal form of its own: this site is edited and published by its founders, as private individuals. Any request — content, removal, right of reply — is handled at [email protected] and answered.

Responsible for publication
The founders of the club, reachable at [email protected]. The full identity of the person responsible is given without delay to any authority, or to anyone with a legitimate interest, who asks at that address.

Hosting
The site and its database run on a dedicated server rented from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Oracle Corporation). Delivery and network protection are handled by Cloudflare, Inc.. No member's data is entrusted to any other service: no advertising, no third-party audience measurement, no outside artificial intelligence.

Intellectual property
The name TrinityX Motor Club, its emblem, its texts and its layouts belong to the club. Photographs remain the property of those who took them: they are published with their agreement, credited to their name, and removed on the photographer’s simple request.

Content published by members
The members' area is private. Classified ads, photographs and comments are published there by the members themselves, under their own responsibility. Anything contrary to the law or to the club's code is removed as soon as it is reported to [email protected].

Personal data
What the club collects, why, how long it is kept and how to erase it are set out on the Privacy page. Every member can export or delete their own account from the members’ area, without having to ask.

Liability
The site is provided as it is. Information about the state of roads and passes is indicative: it comes from members, public services and the weather, and replaces neither road signs, nor the highway code, nor official sources. Driving remains each person’s own responsibility.

Links to other sites are given as a courtesy. The club has no control over their content and does not answer for it.
